This is a quick reminder that tomorrow, Tuesday, June 16, is Election Day for the General Primary Runoff.
Runoff elections are critical, yet voter turnout in these cycles is historically exceptionally low—often hovering at around 5% of registered voters citywide. Because turnout is so low, hyper-local races are frequently decided by just a handful of votes. Your ballot carries an immense amount of weight in shaping our local leadership and policy.
Please take a few minutes to cast your ballot tomorrow, and consider forwarding this reminder to your neighborhood association members and networks to encourage them to do the same.
Voting Hours: Polls are open tomorrow from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please remember that as long as you are in line by 7:00 PM, you are legally entitled to cast your vote.
Find Your Polling Place: You must vote at your specifically designated precinct on Election Day (which may differ from your early voting location). You can double-check your current polling place, confirm your registration status, and view a sample ballot on the Secretary of State’s official portal: Georgia My Voter Page (mvp.sos.ga.gov).
