At the NPU-D meeting this evening the UHNA could use your support. There has been discussion after our recent meeting around the zoning Application for the new Selig development to be MRC-3 vs MRC-2. MRC-3 in a nutshell allows for higher density developments and significantly larger buildings. While in our general UHNA meeting Selig agreed to limit their use to 110 feet, rezoning one property to MRC-3 allows for other development down the line to potentially be rezoned to this and opens up the potential for heavier development, even more than it is today.
