UHNA and residents have been busy trying to get action on the large tree that fell near the lower field, damaging a stormwater manhole.
Followup queries revealed that, although a resident promptly reported it in July the city had no trace of any report. Subsequent reports were made to Department of Watershed Management (who’s in charge of the drains) and Parks and Recreation, who have their own Arborist department.
DWM was very prompt to respond, sending someone the same day who called to verify the location.
Parks & Rec are yet to respond.
