Urban Plan Academy for Community Leaders is a one-day course offered in partnership with the Urban Land Institute of Atlanta. Through a project-based approach, participants will engage in a scenario involving a city-led redevelopment effort — honing their negotiation skills with the fictional city’s elected officials, neighborhood, development team, and community.
