The Atlanta E-Bike Rebate Program is administered by the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) in partnership with Propel ATL and the City of Atlanta. Applications will open from September 8 – 22, 2026. For now, sign up for updates on the ARC E-Bike Rebate Program page. (See the sign up option on the righthand column.) Signing up to receive email notifications is not part of the application process.
